JettaJacks & Co. was founded in 2016 with a simple belief: dogs and the people who love them deserve products that are designed with more thought.

For us, good design has never been about adding more. It is about understanding how dogs actually move, how equipment sits on their bodies, how it feels during a walk, and how the smallest details can make everyday life a little more comfortable for both ends of the leash.

That thinking shapes everything we make.

Our products are designed and made here in Canada, with careful attention to fit, function, materials, hardware, and construction. We make equipment for real dogs, which means different breeds, different body shapes, different behaviours, and different ways of moving through the world. Sometimes that requires adjusting a design. Sometimes it means making something differently. And sometimes it means admitting that one of our products simply isn’t the right answer for a particular dog.

We are comfortable with that.

Because JettaJacks has always been about more than selling dog gear. We believe in helping people better understand the equipment they use, how it should fit, and why those details matter to their dog’s comfort, health, safety, and well-being.

That same philosophy extends to the way we treat our customers. We believe in honest advice, thoughtful service, and taking the time to help someone find the right solution, whether they have been with us for years or have only just discovered us.

Nearly everything we have learned over the years has come from doing the work: designing, manufacturing, fitting dogs of countless shapes and sizes, listening to their owners, seeing what works in the real world, and occasionally being reminded by our own dogs that they haven’t read the product manual.

JettaJacks continues to evolve, but the principles behind it remain remarkably simple.
