We may need to contact you to confirm your order details. Please ensure that your contact information including email, phone number, and address is up to date and carefully review the order confirmation that will be sent to you via email once your online order is completed. Your order may be delayed if we are unable to contact you due to outdated, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate contact information.

Retain all packaging and keep all tags attached to your product until you are sure that you are happy with it. Items must be in their original clear  bag with hang tags still attached to the product to be eligible for exchange or return.

JettaJacks fully guarantees all of our products against defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. All refunds must be made from the original point of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. Damage due to normal wear and tear, or damage from chewing is not guaranteed. 

Note: We cannot honour exchanges or provide refunds for any merchandise that is sent back to us postmarked after 30 days commencing from the date you receive your order.

If you are unsure if your item is eligible, please contact us at info@jettajacks.com or by phone at 1-519-852-2013  prior to mailing the item back. The condition of the returned product will be determined at our discretion upon arrival and pending inspection. Products sent back that do not meet our return or exchange criteria will either be returned to you at your expense or you can choose to have us donate the item to a pet rescue on your behalf.

Exchange & Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Clearance items & Sale items are final sale.

  • Returned items must be in their original bag/package with hang tags still attached to the product. Do not remove or discard any packaging until you are sure that you are happy with the item and will be keeping it.

  • All wholesale accounts are a product credit memo only. 

  • We cannot honour exchanges or provide refunds for any merchandise that is not sent back to us postmarked within 30 days commencing from the date you receive your original order.

  • All refunds or exchanges must be made at the original point of purchase. If you have purchased your product from a retail store, kindly contact them directly. Individual store policies may vary. Please contact the store you purchased your JettaJacks product from for more information.

Steps to Return an Item for Repair or Exchange. 

1:  Email us at info@jettajacks.com to let us know you will be sending your item back for repairs.

 

2:  Send your item to our location at: 113 Gaylord Rd. St.Thomas, ON. N5P3S3.

Please include your name and contact information in the parcel so that you can be notified when the item is completed or contacted if there are questions regarding your item. It is recommended that tracked shipping be used for sending items back for repair.

 All required shipping for any item to be repaired or returned is at buyer's expense.
