All prices are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD). 

Orders paid through PayPal will be debited when the order is completed by the customer (when the order is placed). When using PayPal as your payment method, payment processing and how your credit/debit card or checking account is charged is at the sole discretion of PayPal. Return & Exchange

IMPORTANT: 

We may need to contact you to confirm your order details. Please ensure that your contact information including email, phone number, and address is up to date and carefully review the order confirmation that will be sent to you via email once your online order is completed. Your order may be delayed if we are unable to contact you due to outdated, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate contact information.

Carefully proofread the order confirmation that will be emailed to you when your online order is completed, and contact us as soon as possible if you discover any errors. We will do our best to make any changes prior to shipping your order. Please contact us if you have any questions, we are happy to help!

 

Retain all packaging and keep all tags attached to your product until you are sure that you are happy with it. Items must be in their original clear  bag with hang tags still attached to the product to be eligible for exchange or return.

There are certain items that cannot be exchanged or returned. For details refer to the “Exchange & Return Eligibility Requirements” for details.

JettaJacks fully guarantees all of our products against defects in craftsmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. All refunds must be made from the original point of purchase. We reserve the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. Damage due to normal wear and tear, or damage from chewing is not guaranteed. 

Note: We cannot honour exchanges or provide refunds for any merchandise that is sent back to us postmarked after 30 days commencing from the date you receive your order.

If you are unsure if your item is eligible, please contact us at info@jettajacks.com or by phone at 1-519-852-2013  prior to mailing the item back. The condition of the returned product will be determined at our discretion upon arrival and pending inspection. Products sent back that do not meet our return or exchange criteria will either be returned to you at your expense or you can choose to have us donate the item to a pet rescue on your behalf.

 

Exchange & Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • Clearance items are final sale.

  • Returned items must be in their original bag/package with hang tags still attached to the product. Do not remove or discard any packaging until you are sure that you are happy with the item and will be keeping it.

  • All wholesale accounts are a product credit memo only. 

  • We cannot honour exchanges or provide refunds for any merchandise that is not sent back to us postmarked within 30 days commencing from the date you receive your original order.

  • All refunds or exchanges must be made at the original point of purchase. If you have purchased your product from a retail store, kindly contact them directly. Individual store policies may vary. Please contact the store you purchased your JettaJacks product from for more information.

Warranty Summary Information 

Thank you for buying a JETTAJACKS BRAND CORP.™ (a.k.a. JETTAJACKS™) JACKSON BED. Your mattress has been made with the finest quality, care and craftsmanship that go into every JACKSON BED. It will provide your dog with years of support and comfort. We will stand behind our product and provide you with whatever you need, within reason, to ensure that your dog achieve the best quality of sleep possible. The mattress warranty does not apply to the covering material or what is considered normal wear (see below). JETTAJACKS™ reserves the right to repair or replace the unit without charge. Any transportation charges will be additional. The warranty applies to the original purchase only. Proof of Purchase is required. This warranty will be void if on inspection the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition, if the mattress has received obvious abuse or if it was not supported properly. Warranty Definitions

1. "Warranty": the manufacturer's assurance that certain standards will be met by the performance of the mattress a specified period of time.

2.  "Limited Warranty": this indicates that the warranty provided does not extend to every possible situation. There are situations that are excluded; therefore the warranty is "limited" rather than "unlimited".

3.  "Non Pro-Rated": if any problem occurs that is covered by the warranty during the term of the warranty, purchaser will not be charged for any repair made or, if necessary, any exchange of the mattress.

 

This Is Your JETTAJACKS™, JACKSON BED  Non Pro-rated Limited Warranty

1.  This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence. Failure to comply with JETTAJACKS™ care and maintenance instructions may void your warranty. - small manufacturing irregularities that do not affect the performance of the bed,

2.   Comfort issues relating to the consumers (pets) preferences.

3.   In addition to the other exclusions stated on this page, JACKSON BED specifically excludes from the warranty;

Your Dog getting used to your new JACKSON BED. At first, your new JACKSON BED bed may feel a little different from the bed your dog have been sleeping on. Don't worry, they’ll soon become adjusted to the extra comfort, support and benefits that only a properly configured ORTHOPEDIC JACKSON BED can provide them.

4.   This warranty is void if mattress has been burned, soiled, damaged or is in an unsanitary condition.

5.    This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser, and valid only for residential use. Contract and commercial usages are not covered by this warranty.

6.   This warranty is void if mattress has been serviced by unauthorized persons or workshops.

7.   In the event you wish to make a warranty claim, you must provide proof-of-purchase; therefore, you must retain your sales receipt and/or delivery receipt. You can email us at info@jettajacks.com for instructions on how to proceed with your warranty claim.

8. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however, the manufacturer is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Implied warranties are limited to the period of this warranty.

9.  To insure that you receive the support that is built into your JACKSON BED mattress.

            a.  Never apply liquids of any kind to the mattress.

           b.  Don't jump or stand on your JACKSON BED. Misuse of this kind could cause unnecessary damage and the voiding of your warranty.

 

Effective Mattress Life

1.    Definition: the effective life of a mattress is the period in which it is able to provide proper sleep support and comfort to its user(s).

2.    How long is the effective life of your mattress? Actually, no one, not even the manufacturer of your mattress knows for certain. There are many variables (not limited to those listed below):

       a.  The weight of the pet.

       b.  How many hours the product is used.

       c.  The usages of the product other than for your pet sleeping.

What Can Void Your Warranty?

1.    The chief cause of warranty violation is the soiling of the mattress. Blood, urine, vomit, stool or other stains void the warranty.

2.  Abuse of the mattress. Children repeatedly jumping on the mattress will ultimately cause the mattress to fail in some manner.

Wash - Bed Covers - Machine wash in cold water on gentle cycle. Wash with like colours. 

Wash - Collars & Leads - Hand wash with dish detergent  

Chemicals - Do not use bleach or liquid fabric softener. 

Dryer - Bed Covers - Set dryer on cool setting for 10 minutes then hang or lay flat to dry 

Dryer - Collars & Leashes - Hang to dry.

What does it mean to be Canadian?

We have Bob and Doug McKenzie who introduced the world to the stereotypical Canadian "hoser." For many Canadians, and to the rest of the world, the Canadian brand was one of Mounties clad in red serge, beavers, maple syrup and a country of polite, beer-drinking hockey fans.  We are still all that, and so much more.  We have the loonie, the toonie and milk in a bag.  It's called a toque and a case of beer is a two-four, and don't forget the almighty double-double. We say "sorry", we say "eh",

"Sorry, can ya make my side of fries a poutine, with that there double-double, eh?" 

Oh, and HOCKEY,  don't even get us started about Hockey.
